Step 1: Please do not go on to Step 3 until you have have reviewed the Confirmation Process Requirements and Calendar. To review them, CLICK HERE.

Step 2: Make sure to have teen's baptism and First Communion certificate available. If teen is not baptized, please have birth certificate available.

Step 3: Fill out and submit Registration Form below.

Step 4: Be on the lookout for a Welcome Email from Araceli at stpanresec@gmail.com with more instructions.

Step 5: Make deposit or full payment to secure your spot.
