INFANT BAPTISM
We look forward to meeting your family and journeying with you in preparation for the Holy Sacrament of Baptism.
Below are the requirements for Baptism, please review them and to proceed with scheduling a Baptism for your child, email Alex at the Parish Rectory, stpanrectory@gmail.com.
BAPTISM REQUIREMENTS
- Baptism Registration Form must be completed by the parent. The Baptism Registration Form is available below.
- Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate.
- Parent(s) and Godparents will need to take an online baptism information class prior to scheduling a Baptism date.
- Parents will need to choose at least 1 Godparent who is Baptized, has made their First Communion, and is Confirmed. If they are married, he or she must be married in the Church. You can have up to two Godparents, one must be male and the other female.
- If you are not a registered parishioner or a Lakewood resident you will need to get a letter from your local church stating it is ok for us to baptize your child here at St. Pancratius.
- The Parents & Godparents will have to attend a Baptism Information Session here with our team which we have scheduled once a month. After attending that Baptism Information Session we also ask that you attend Mass that following Sunday at 11am.
